Council Bill No.         R 31-99           

authorizing Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company for services related to the Wetland Treatment Unit #4 construction project.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company for services related to the Wetland Treatment Unit #4 construction project.  The form and content of the amendment shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
