Council Bill No.         R 32-99           

authorizing the City Manager to execute various documents in connection with Federal Aviation Administration funded projects at Columbia Regional Airport.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a grant request and a grant offer with the Federal Aviation Administration in connection with the 1999 Columbia Regional Airport improvement projects.
