AN ORDINANCE
appropriating funds to upgrade the continuous emission monitoring system at the Power
Plant;
and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.
SECTION 1. The sum of $ 45,000 is hereby appropriated from the Fund Balance Account
No.
551-0000-351.01-00 to the Instruments and Apparatus Account No. 551-7010-880.66-41
