Ordinance No.           15907               Council Bill No.          B 43-99             

authorizing the City Manager to enter into an airline airport agreement with Ozark Air Lines, Inc.; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an airline airport agreement with Ozark Air Lines, Inc.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
