accepting conveyances for sewer, street and drainage purposes; authorizing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Quit Claim Deed for sewer purposes from 63-70 Development, Inc. dated October 20, 1998, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Quit Claim Deed for sewer purposes from Gregory L. Bartels and Linda M. Bartels dated December 31, 1998, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Quit Claim Deed for sewer purposes from Ralph and Diana Hennerich dated January 22, 1999, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.
