Council Bill No.         R 43-99           

approving the Final Plat of Willow Brook Subdivision, Plat 2, a major subdivision.

SECTION 1.  The City Council hereby approves the Final Plat of Willow Brook Subdivision, Plat 2, dated August 24, 1998, a major subdivision located on the northeast corner of Oakland Gravel Road and Alfalfa Drive, containing approximately 6.88 acres.  City Council approval of this subdivision is not an exercise of governmental jurisdiction over the property but is an acknowledgment that the subdivider has complied with a provision of an annexation agreement with the City.
