Council Bill No.        R 34-99            

authorizing and directing the City Manager to negotiate the sale of city property to the Islamic Center.

SECTION 1.  The City Manager is authorized and directed to negotiate with the Islamic Center for the sale of city property located south of Locust Street, west of the Islamic Center property and east of the Fourth Street right-of-way.

SECTION 2.  The City Manager shall make all reasonable efforts to have an ordinance authorizing a sales contract for this property introduced at the March 15, 1999 Council meeting.
