Ordinance No.            16298              Council Bill No.           B 443-99            

authorizing the City Manager to execute a lease agreement with option to purchase with Greenwing Development, L.L.C. for land located north of Smithton Middle School; authorizing the City Manager to exercise the option to purchase; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a lease agreement with option to purchase with Greenwing Development, L.L.C. for land located north of Smithton Middle School.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  The City Manager is authorized to exercise the option to purchase the land to be leased from Greenwing Development, L.L.C.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
