Ordinance No.            16305              Council Bill No.           B 450-99            

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Lee H. and Joyce J. Thompson, dated November 29, 1999, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Tom Bass Properties, L.L.C., dated November 22, 1999, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from Fairway Meadows Corporation, dated November 30, 1999, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
