AN ORDINANCE

appropriating funds for capital improvement projects; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1.  The sum of $ 150,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Capital Projects Fund Account No. 440-0000-341.10-00 #C40098 to the American Legion Park Sewer Project Account No. 555-6388-881.49-90 #C43134.

    SECTION 2.  The sum of $ 409,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Capital Projects Fund Account No. 440-0000-341.10-00 #C40500 to the following accounts:

    $300,000    Hinkson Creek Trail Phase II            440-8800-548.49-90 #C00002
      85,000    National Guard Armory        440-8800-548.49-90 #C40146
                        Renovation
      24,000    Police Department Expansion         440-8800-518.49-90 #C40101
                        Remodel Fire Station #1

    SECTION 3.  The sum of $ 899,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Designated Loan Fund Account No. 710-0000-132.01-00 to the following accounts:

    $775,000    Community Recreation Center        440-8800-548.49-90 #C00031
     124,000    S.E. Fire Station #8                 440-8800-518.49-90 #C00083

    SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
