AN ORDINANCE
appropriating funds for capital improvement projects; and fixing the time when this ordinance
shall become effective.
SECTION 1. The sum of $ 150,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Capital
Projects Fund
Account No. 440-0000-341.10-00 #C40098 to the American Legion Park Sewer Project Account
No. 555-6388-881.49-90 #C43134.
SECTION 2. The sum of $ 409,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Capital
Projects Fund
Account No. 440-0000-341.10-00 #C40500 to the following accounts:

Loan Fund

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
