Council Bill No.          R 6-00          

approving the Final Plat of Lake of the Woods Center.

    SECTION 1.  The City Council hereby approves the Final Plat of Lake of the Woods Center, dated August 23, 1999, located outside the city limits north and east of the northeast corner of I-70 and St. Charles Road, containing approximately 16.42 acres.  City Council approval of this subdivision is not an exercise of governmental jurisdiction over the property but is acknowledgment that the subdivider has complied with a provision of an annexation agreement with the City.
