Ordinance No.            16326              Council Bill No.           B 12-00            

amending Chapter 14 of the City Code to prohibit parking on both sides of Pannell Street from Wilkes Boulevard to its southern terminus; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1.  Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is hereby amended as follows:

    Material to be added underlined.

    When signs are placed, erected or installed in each block, giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or places hereinafter set forth:

     Pannell Street, both sides, from Smith Street, thence south three hundred fifty (350) feet.

     Pannell Street, both sides, from Wilkes Boulevard to its southern terminus.

. . .

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
