Ordinance No.            16327              Council Bill No.           B 13-00            

authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Cunningham + Richards Johnson Architects to conduct a feasibility study of the use of the Wabash Station as a transportation hub; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Cunningham + Richards Johnson Architects to conduct a feasibility study of the use of the Wabash Station as a transportation hub.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
