accepting conveyances for sewer and utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Quit Claim Deed for sewer purposes from Burnam Holding Companies Co., Inc., dated November 5, 1999, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Quit Claim Deed for sewer purposes from The Highlands Properties Company, dated December 3, 1999, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
