Ordinance No.            16329              Council Bill No.          B 15-00             

authorizing the City Manager to execute a promissory note in connection with a Missouri Department of Natural Resources energy-savings project loan; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a promissory note in connection with a Missouri Department of Natural Resources energy-savings project loan involving replacement of lighting in the Daniel Boone Building.  The form and content of the promissory note shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  The sum of $ 6,590 is hereby appropriated from the Building Maintenance Fund Account No. 671-0000-351.01-00 to the following accounts:

              $  160        Building Maintenance Budget      671-6710-720.75-54

                   6,430        Building Maintenance Budget        671-0000-289.01-00

    SECTION 3.  The sum of $ 19,096 is hereby appropriated from the Daniel Boone Building Renovation Project Account No. 440-0000-462.10-00 #C40132 to the Daniel Boone Building Renovation Account No. 440-8800-528.49-90 #C40132.

    SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
