Ordinance No.           16330               Council Bill No.           B 16-00            

authorizing the City Manager to file for membership in the Western Systems Power Pool; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the documents necessary to file for membership in the Western Systems Power Pool.

    SECTION 2.  The sum of $ 25,000 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Electric Utility Account No. 551-0000-351.01-00 to the Electric Administration Dues Account No. 551-7010-600.41-00.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
