Ordinance No.            16331              Council Bill No.           B 17-00            

appropriating funds for improvements to the COLT highway-rail crossing signal system at Brown Station Road; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1.  The sum of $ 20,000 is hereby appropriated from the Railroad Retained Earnings Account No. 503-0000-351.01-00 to the Brown Station Road Crossing Account No. 503-7388-881.68-57 for improvements to the COLT highway-rail crossing signal system at Brown Station Road.

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
