Ordinance No.            16335              Council Bill No.            B 21=00           

authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Missouri Department of Health for HIV/STD prevention and counseling services; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Missouri Department of Health for HIV/STD prevention and counseling services.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
