placing recently annexed property located on the south side of Vawter School Road, between Scott Boulevard and Old Mill Creek Road in District A-1; amending the Land Use Plan; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1.  The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is hereby amended and changed so that the following described property:

Tract #4 of Country Farms, a subdivision located in Section 33, Township 48 North, Range 13 West, as shown by Plat recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 262, Records of Boone County, Missouri.

will become a part of District A-1 (Agricultural District).

    SECTION 2.  The property described in Section 1 is designated “Low-Density Residential” on the Land Use Plan.

    SECTION 3.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

    SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
