Ordinance No.            16343              Council Bill No.           B 31-00            

authorizing the City Manager to convey a water line and water line easement to Consolidated Public Water Supply District #1; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia is hereby authorized to convey a water line easement located at Columbia Regional Airport to Consolidated Public Water Supply District #1. The water line easement shall be substantially as set forth in “Exhibit A” attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  The City of Columbia is hereby authorized to convey a water line located at Columbia Regional Airport to Consolidated Public Water Supply District #1.  The water line shall be substantially as set forth in “Exhibit A” attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 3.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
