Council Bill No.         R 20-00           

authorizing an amendment to the agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission for additional FTA planning funds.

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission for additional FTA planning funds.  The form and content of the amendment shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
