Section 101-068 Res. 21-00; Authorizing a Change to Agreement w/Jeffrey E. Smith Investment Company, L.C.

SECTION 1. The following paragraph 7 is substituted for the paragraph 7 of the agreement attached as Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 016294:

Designation of Park(s): The City hereby agrees that Smith shall have the privilege of naming any and all parks which may be located on the Property in honor of Norma D. Smith, and/or her descendants, such as Kirk Sutherland Smith, and/or any other descendent of Norma D. Smith within the third degree of consanguinity. Any name chosen by Smith honoring someone other than Norma D. Smith, and/or her descendants, such as Kirk Sutherland Smith, and/or any other descendant of Norma D. Smith within the third degree of consanguinity, shall require the approval of the City’s council.
