Council Bill No.          R 22-00          

authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application to the Missouri Arts Council.

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to apply to the Missouri Arts Council for a $43,320 grant for the ninth annual Columbia Festival of the Arts and to augment the Office of Cultural Affair’s administrative and program budget.
