Council Bill No.          R 27-00          

establishing the Public Building Development and Finance Committee.

    SECTION 1.  The Public Building Development and Finance Committee is hereby established.  The Committee shall consist of such members as shall be appointed by the Mayor after consulting with council members.

    SECTION 2.  The Committee shall work with City staff and architectural and other consultants retained by the City to determine:

    A.    The current and future space needs of City government,

    B.    available options for locating additional space for City government  and

    C.    appropriate methods of financing the cost of acquiring additional space for City government.

    SECTION 3.  The City Manager shall provide the Committee with necessary staff support.
