Ordinance No.           16347               Council Bill No.            B 35-00           

accepting conveyances for water utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication for water utility purposes from Show-Me Central/Habitat for Humanity, dated January 18, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication for water utility purposes from TKG Rock Bridge Center, L.L.C., dated January 10, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from JMR, L.L.C., dated January 10, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from The Harold E. Johnson Companies, Inc., dated January 14, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit D" is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
