AN ORDINANCE

authorizing the City Manager to execute Change Orders to the contract with Prost Builders, Inc. for the renovation of the Armory Building; setting forth the nature and amount of the changes; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute Change Orders Numbers 1 through 16 to the contract with Prost Builders, Inc. for the renovation of the Armory Building.

SECTION 2. The nature and amount of the changes are set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
