Ordinance No.           16355               Council Bill No.           B 43-00            

authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Missouri Highway & Transportation Commission to provide funding for the bridge over Bear Creek Trail, Phase I; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Missouri Highway & Transportation Commission to provide funding for the bridge over Bear Creek Trail, Phase I.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  The sum of $ 110,628.00 is hereby appropriated from funds to be received from the State of Missouri and placed in the State Revenue Account No. 440-0000-462.10-00 #C00085 to the Bridge over Bear Creek Trail, Phase I Project Account No. 440-8800-548.49-90 #C00085.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
