Section 101-090 Ord. 16357; Vacating a Portion of a Utility Easement Located within The Village of Cherry Hill, Plat 3

vacating a portion of a utility easement; directing the City Clerk to have a copy of this ordinance recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

SECTION 1. The City Council finds and determines that a portion of a utility easement located within The Village of Cherry Hill, Plat 3, more particularly described as follows:

A tract of land located in the southwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 48 North, Range 13 West, Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, being part of Lot 5A, the Village of Cherry Hill Plat 3, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 62, records of Boone County, and being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 5A; thence with the west line thereof, N0E26'40"W, 70.00 feet to the southwest corner of the 7.00-foot wide utility easement; thence with the south line of said utility easement, N89E33'20"E, 4.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence N0E26'40"W, 14.00 feet; thence N89E33'20"E, 3.00 feet to the east line of said utility easement; thence S0E26'40E, 14.00 feet to the southeast corner of said utility easement; thence S89E33'20"W, 3.00 feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of this ordinance to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Boone County, Missouri.
