appropriating hotel/motel gross receipts tax funds for advertising and marketing; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The sum of $ 176,317.00 is hereby appropriated from the Gross Receipts Tax Account No. 229-4810-412.20-00 to the Publishing and Advertising Account No. 229-4810-509.43-10 for advertising and marketing.

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
