Section 101-199 Ord. 16420; Right of Use Permits w/Columbia College, The Curators of the UMC, the Housing Authority, and the Columbia School Board (Installation of Bus Benches and Shelters)

AN ORDINANCE

authorizing the City Manager to execute right-of-use permits with Columbia College, The Curators of the University of Missouri, the Housing Authority and the Columbia School Board; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a right-of-use permit with Columbia College for the installation of bus benches and shelters on property owned by Columbia College.  The form and content of the permit shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a right-of-use permit with The Curators of the University of Missouri for the installation of bus benches and shelters on property owned by The Curators of the University of Missouri.  The form and content of the permit shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit B" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a right-of-use permit with the Housing Authority for the installation of bus benches and shelters on property owned by the Housing Authority.  The form and content of the permit shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit C" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 4. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a right-of-use permit with The Columbia School District for the installation of bus benches and shelters on property owned by The Columbia School District.  The form and content of the permit shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit D" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 5.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
