SECTION 1.  The Council deems the construction of about 2,305 feet of 12inch water main pipes and accessory valves and fittings located in and serving Arcadia, Plat 6, necessary to assure adequate future water supply for the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City.

SECTION 4.  This improvement shall be made by Arcadia Development Group, L.L.C.

SECTION 5.  This resolution shall be published in a daily newspaper of general circulation in the City of Columbia for seven (7) consecutive insertions, and a public hearing in respect to this improvement will be held in the Council Chamber of the Daniel Boone Building, 701 E.
