AN ORDINANCE

authorizing the City Manager to execute Change Order No. One to the contract with N-J Wilson Contracting, Inc. for the Scott Boulevard Hazard Elimination Project; setting forth the nature and amount of the change; authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Consolidated Public Water Supply District No. 1; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. One to the contract with N-J Wilson Contracting, Inc. for the Scott Boulevard Hazard Elimination Project.

    SECTION 2.  The nature and amount of the change is set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 3.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Consolidated Public Water Supply District No. 1 concerning the relocation of water lines and facilities relating to the Scott Boulevard Hazard Elimination Project.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit B" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
