Section 101-604 Ord. 16667; Accepting Conveyances for Water and Electric Purposes

AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for water and electric purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Donald L. and Jane L. Fudge, dated October 19, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Temporary Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Donald L. and Jane L. Fudge, dated October 19, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Michael Taylor Cunningham, dated October 11, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Hominy Creek, LLC, dated October 6, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit D" is attached to this ordinance.

Temporary Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Hominy Creek, LLC, dated October 6, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit E" is attached to this ordinance.

Temporary Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from the Hinshaw Family Partnership, LLC, dated October 19, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit F" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from SFMC Real Estate, Inc., dated October 4, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit G" is attached to this ordinance.
Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from the Barkley Center, General Partnership, dated October 11, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit H" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from Fred and Cheryl Overton, dated October 6, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit I" is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
