Section 101-610 Ord. 16673; Accepting Conveyances for Drainage, Sewer, Street, Utility and Construction Purposes

AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, sewer, street, utility and construction purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from David L. Knight and Sandra K. Knight, dated August 6, 1999, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sewer purposes from Stan and Gina K. Crawford, dated July 14, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for street purposes from Vernon E. Johnson, dated October 4, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for street purposes from LK Development, L.L.C., dated October 23, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit D" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., dated October 24, 2000, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit E" is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
