establishing Columbia, Missouri Sanitary Sewer District 152 along Spring Valley Road immediately south of West Broadway; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  There is hereby created a sanitary sewer district to be known and designated as Columbia Sewer District No. 152, located in Section 14, Township 48 North, Range 13 West, all being a part of the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri.

    SECTION 2.  Columbia, Missouri Sewer District No. 152 shall consist of the following land:

Tracts 1, 2 and 3 of the survey described in Deed Book 270 at Page 104 of the Boone County Records; situate in the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri and containing 0.99 acre.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
