AN ORDINANCE

amending Chapter 14 of the City Code to prohibit parking along the north and east sides of Proctor Drive from a point 274 feet west of Bear Creek Drive to a point 568 feet west and north of Bear Creek Drive; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is hereby amended as follows:

Sec. 14-324. Parking prohibitedAt all times.

When signs are placed, erected or installed in each block, giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or places hereinafter set forth:

Primrose Drive, north side, between Garden Drive and Stadium Boulevard.

Proctor Drive, north and east sides, from a point 274 feet west of Bear Creek Drive to a point 568 feet west and north of Bear Creek Drive.

Providence Road, both sides, from Interstate 70 to its north terminus.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
