AN ORDINANCE

authorizing the City Manager to execute Change Orders to the contract with Phillips Grading & Construction, Inc. for the construction of Wetland Treatment Unit #4; setting forth the nature and amount of the changes; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute Change Orders Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to the contract with Phillips Grading & Construction, Inc. for the construction of Wetland Treatment Unit #4.

SECTION 2. The nature and amount of the changes are set forth in "Exhibits A, B, C, D and E" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
