Ordinance No.           16741               Council Bill No.            B 439-00           

authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Callaway County Tourism Board for lease of space in the Heart of Missouri Visitor Center; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Callaway County Tourism Board for lease of space in the Heart of Missouri Visitor Center.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  The sum of $ 11,250.00 is hereby appropriated from the CVB Fund Balance Account No. 229-0000-341.01-00 to the CVB Contractual Services Account No. 229-4820-509.49-90.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
