AN ORDINANCE

approving the OP Development Plan of Boone Hospital Medical Park - Phase 3; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Council hereby approves the OP Development Plan of Boone Hospital Medical Park - Phase 3, dated November 6, 2000, located generally south of East Walnut Street, between North William Street and Old 63.

    SECTION 2.  Approval of the OP Development Plan shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements for a Preliminary Plat of a Subdivision.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
