authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements with The Curators of the University of Missouri and Professor James R. Davis in connection with the EPA Clean Water Act Phase II Storm Water regulations; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with The Curators of the University of Missouri for assistance with the implementation of the EPA Clean Water Act Phase II Storm Water regulations.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Professor James R. Davis for assistance with the implementation of the EPA Clean Water Act Phase II Storm Water regulations.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit B" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 3.  The sum of $ 47,527.00 is hereby appropriated from the Storm Water Utility Fund Account No. 558-0000-351.01-00 to the Storm Water Operating Budget Account No. 558-6610-601.40-23.

    SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
