Council Bill No.         R 11-01           

authorizing amendments to the agreements with the Missouri Department of Social Services and Comprehensive Human Services for the 1999 Emergency Shelter Grant Program.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the agreement with the Missouri Department of Social Services to extend the contract period for the 1999 Emergency Shelter Grant Program.  The form and content of the amendment shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the agreement with Comprehensive Human Services, Inc. to extend the contract period for the 1999 Emergency Shelter Grant Program.  The form and content of the amendment shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit B" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
