Ordinance No.           16762               Council Bill No.           B 20-01A            

authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements with Ameren Energy Development Company for development of a gas turbine project at the Bolstad Substation site; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Development Agreement with Ameren Energy Development Company.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Attachment A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Ground Lease Agreement with Ameren Energy Development Company.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit B of Attachment A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 3.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an Interconnection Agreement with Ameren Energy Development Company.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit D of Attachment A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
