Ordinance No.           16767               Council Bill No.           B 25-01            

approving the Planned Unit Development Site Plan of the City of Columbia Fire Station #8; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Council hereby approves the Planned Unit Development Site Plan of the City of Columbia Fire Station #8, dated November 20, 2000, located on the northwest corner of Bearfield Road and Nifong Boulevard (State Route AC).

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
