AN ORDINANCE

approving a revision to the Keene Street C-P Development Plan; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the revision to the Keene Street CP Development Plan, dated December 4, 2000, located on the west side of Keene Street, south of Berrywood Drive. This revision would allow for additional wall and canopy signs on the Wingate Inn Hotel.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and

after its passage.
