Ordinance No.            16771              Council Bill No.           B 29-01 A            

approving the Final Plat of Bolstad Subdivision, a minor subdivision; accepting the dedication of rightsofway and easements; granting variances from the Subdivision Regulations; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Council hereby approves the Final Plat of Bolstad Subdivision, dated November 30, 2000, a minor subdivision located on both sides of Peabody Road, approximately 1,600 feet east of North Brown Station Road,  containing approximately 69.39 acres in the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, and hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the plat evidencing such approval.

    SECTION 2.  The City Council hereby accepts the dedication of all rightsofway and easements as dedicated upon the plat.

    SECTION 3.  Subdivider is granted a variance from the requirements of Section 25-48 of the Subdivision Regulations so that sidewalk construction shall not be required along either side of Peabody Road.

    SECTION 4.  Subdivider is granted a variance from the requirements of Section 25-28(A)(1) of the Subdivision Regulations so that the subdivision plat shall not be required to be drawn at a scale of at least 1" = 100'.

    SECTION 5.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
