Council Bill No.          R 19-01          

authorizing Supplement No. 5 to the Master Site lease for property leased to the Federal Aviation Administration at the airport.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute Supplement No. 5 to the Master Site lease for property leased to the Federal Aviation Administration at the airport.  The form and content of the supplement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 2001.
