Council Bill No.         R 20-01           

authorizing Amendment #3 to the contract with the Missouri Department of Health for HIV Prevention and Counseling Services.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute Amendment #3 to the contract with the Missouri Department of Health for HIV Prevention and Counseling Services. The form and content of the Amendment shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 2001.
