Ordinance No.            16786              Council Bill No.            B 44-01           

authorizing an amendment to the agreement with Con-Agg to re-allocate funds to the Valley View Park Improvement project; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to amend the agreement with Con-Agg for the re-allocation of funds to the Valley View Park Improvement project.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as is set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  The sum of $5,000 is hereby appropriated from the Con-Agg Valley View Contribution Project Account No. 440-0000-480.10-00 #C00023 to the Valley View Park Project Account No. 440-8800-548.49-90 #C00036.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
