Ordinance No.            16791              Council Bill No.           B 49-01            

appropriating funds for repair of the number 6 boiler economizer at the municipal power plant; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The sum of $220,000 is hereby appropriated from Retained Earnings  Account No. 551-0000-351.01-00 to the Equipment/Furniture and Fixtures/Instruments and Apparatus Account No. 551-7110-880.66-41 for repair of the number 6 boiler economizer at the municipal power plant.

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
