Council Bill No.          R 278-01          

authorizing agreements with local organizations to fund human rights education programs.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute agreements with the agencies and in the funding amounts shown on “Exhibit A” which is attached to and made a part of this resolution.

    SECTION 2. The form and content of the agreements shall follow the general form set forth in "Exhibit B," attached to and made a part of this resolution.  Each agreement shall conform to the proposal submitted by the organization.

    ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2001.
